This two bedroom, 2 bath completely furnished patio villa in The Villages is available for rent as a short term rental of 1 -6 months.  

The villa was built in 2020 and has 10 foot ceilings and an open look and feel.  It is in the village of Chitty Chatty and is in the newer section of The Villages below state route 44.  Shopping is close and it is a short drive by car and golf cart to Brownwood and Sawgrass.  We are one hour from Disney and Orlando, one hour from Tampa, and one and a half hour from Daytona.

Rates

Rates are variable depending on the season and the length of the rental but generally will be

• $3800 per month Dec to May,
• $3500 a month May and June and Oct and Nov and
• $2500 a month July, August, and September.
•  7% Florida State Sales Tax in addition to the rent

There is a $1000 deposit required when reserving the home which will be returned minus any cleaning and repair fees.

Nightly rates for 3 or more nights are $150 per night year around.  

There is a $200 cleaning fee for cleaning the home after you depart regardless of the amount of time you stay.  

 

Important Information for All Rentals

• There is no golf cart provided.
• There is a modified pet policy.  Small dogs only and only upon approval. 
• There is a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the property including the front and side patios and failure to abide by this policy will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. 
• Payment for rent is due no later than 30 days prior to checking in and is due in full.  
• A rental agreement will be sent to any prospective renter for their approval prior to payment of the deposit.
